Please read before booking your appointment
We buy by appointment only! Appointments are only 15 minutes long, so you must be on time. (We require that you remain in our store once you check in for your appointment until we’ve finished going through your items.) We have only street parking available, so take this into account when determining how long it will take you to get here. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment. You are required to cancel your appointment ahead of time if you know you can’t make it. You may book only 1 appointment per 7 day period so that we can maximize the number of sellers we see each week.
You can bring up to 30 items! If you bring more than 30 items, we will not be able to get through all of them. We are a small store with limited storage space, so your items need to be off hangers and folded in some sort of container, like a bag or box so they aren’t stored directly on the floor. Please make sure they are freshly laundered and free of pet hair. To ensure your most successful selling experience, utilize What We’re Buying to see the styles we want most.
You must be 18+ years old with a valid government-issued ID to sell! You need to have the physical copy of your ID with you every time that you sell. You may use the myColorado app, but photos or copies of your ID will not be accepted.
We pay you for the items we buy on the same day you sell! We are a buy-sell-trade, not a consignment store, so you don’t have to wait until your items sell to get paid. We offer 30% in cash or 50% in store credit of the price we put on the items we want to buy.
